Handmade nature

All pieces are handmade in small batches, and most are one of a kind. Variations in shape, texture, glaze, and finish are natural and part of the handmade process. These variations are not considered defects.

Product representation

I make every effort to photograph and describe each piece accurately. Colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.

Orders & payment

All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are processed once payment is received.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Once an order has been shipped, Aesthii is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of items arriving damaged. Please refer to the Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
