Returns and refunds

Each Aesthii piece is handmade in small batches, and most items are one of a kind. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
• clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, I will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Please note:

• Natural variations in form, texture, glaze, or colour are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
• Minor imperfections are inherent to the nature of handcrafted ceramics and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Shipping:

I take great care in packaging all items securely. Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
