FAQs
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every Aesthii piece is hand-built in small batches. Subtle variations in shape, texture, and glaze are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
Are your ceramics food safe?
If a piece is intended for food use, it will be clearly marked as food safe in the product description. Decorative pieces may use specialty glazes and may not be suitable for food or drink.
How should I care for my piece?
- Hand wash with mild soap
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers
- Avoid sudden temperature changes
- Do not leave liquids sitting for long periods unless the piece is listed as fully glazed and water-tight
Each order includes care instructions to help your piece last for years to come.
Can I put fresh flowers in your vases?
Yes, if the vase is listed as water-tight or fully glazed on the inside. If this isn’t specified, it may be better suited for dried stems.
Will the piece I receive look exactly like the photo?
You’ll receive the exact piece shown unless stated otherwise. Because each piece is handmade, subtle variations and natural glaze movement are part of the process.
Do you offer custom orders?
Sometimes, depending on my studio schedule. Custom work is limited and may require a deposit and a longer lead time. If you have a concept in mind, please email me at [email protected]
How long does it take to make a ceramic piece?
Ceramics take time. Between building, drying, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing, a piece can take several weeks. Made-to-order timelines will be confirmed before you purchase.
Where do you ship from?
Aesthii ships from the UAE.
Do you ship internationally?
If international shipping is enabled for the product, it will appear at checkout. If you don’t see your country, contact me and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?

Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging and box
I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly, either with a replacement (if possible) or another suitable solution.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, cancellations may be possible. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options are shown at checkout and depend on your location and platform settings.
